My Story
In 2012, I completed my training as a psychologist, alongside earning a Master of Science in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT). My clinical practice is grounded in the principles and values of Counselling Psychology. Since completing my studies, I have continued to develop my approach, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice. I have integrated third-wave cognitive and behavioural therapies into my work, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based approaches, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
In addition, my practice is informed by contemporary psycho-biological research, such as Polyvagal Theory. I adopt a person-centred and collaborative approach, aiming to foster a therapeutic relationship that supports meaningful and sustainable change.
